authentication is used, the 'net-base' database will search across all
sub-databases subscribed to by the authenticated user.

The 39.50 server conforms to version 3 of the Z39.50 standard. The services init, search, and present, are supported.

This server supports the Explain service. Clients may rely on the
information provided by this service to automatically configure
themselves. The pertinent configuration information follows below.

Authentication information
This server supports IP and/or username/password authentication.

authentication mechanism, or (in SRU), through the URL parameters
