ABSTRACT

Domestic, industrial, commercial, institutional, and storm wastewater comprise concentrated blackwater or sewage and less concentrated greywater or sullage. Blackwater is wastewater containing human waste from toilet-ushing. Hence, it contains

high concentrations of nitrogen and phosphorus, which are valuable nutrients. It diers from greywater, which is generated from showers, washing basins, washing machines, and laundry, among others [3]. e processes of wastewater management can be classied into three main aspects: collection, treatment, and disposal.
