ABSTRACT
As along with the rapid development of computer science and technology, the technologies of image and video processing are applied to a wide range of fields, such as robotics, bioinformatics, biometrics, medical imaging, geospatial information visualization, and geographic information systems (Caviedes 2012, Chiuchisan 2013, Du et al. 2012, Moorthi et al. 2011, Zhou et al. 2012).
