Concentration and elemental composition of atmospheric fine aerosol particles in Silesia Province, Poland

In the second half of 2001, from 2002 to 2003 and from January to October 2004, diurnal samples of dust were taken once every 3 days. In the period 2005-2007, diurnal samples of dust were taken daily (apart from a 3-month maintenance break in 2006). During the whole of 2005, the sampler worked in Czestochowa, every even month of 2007 in Katowice, and during the rest of the time in Zabrze (Figure 1).
