ABSTRACT

In order to solve the problem of Design For Testability (DFT) for a Remote Monitoring and Alarming System of Marine Diesel Engine Power Plant (RMASMDEPP), a testability modeling method based on Multi-signal flow graph is studied. After establishing function signal set S, fault pattern sample set F, test point set TP and executable test set T of each subsystem for the power plant, the Multisignal directed graph model of the system can be obtained as well as the “Fault-Test” dependency matrix. The research results of this paper provide basis for DFT and fault diagnosis of a RMASMDEPP and some other similar equipment.
