ABSTRACT

This paper reports on the execution of an overall regional RVA covering four Norwegian municipalities in the Stavanger region. The paper mainly covers the planning and performance of the analysis; the subsequent decision-making and risk treatment will only be briefly commented upon. In addition to reporting on the risk analysis process, selected issues are highlighted and discussed, including the structure of the hazard/threat identification, the representation of uncertainty and the presentation of the total risk picture.
