ABSTRACT: Currently, in the construction of new multifunctional residential houses at places where, mostly industrial buildings were in the past, land appropriateness can be underestimated with it’s hidden pitfalls and traps in different forms (for example groundwater level, etc.). A similar case happened in a building in Košice.
