The objective of the study was to implement an experience-based counseling model for reducing the tendency of students toward bullying behavior. The study used the R&D (Research & Development) method. The subjects of the study were senior high school students in Bandung who were identified as committing bullying actions in low, moderate or high intensity. Data was collected using the instruments of bullying behavior scale and bullying behavior check lists. The data was analyzed using statistical tests including Central Tendency and T-Test to compare the values of the means from two samples. The results show that the implementation of the experience-based counseling model proved to be effective for reducing the symptoms or the characteristics of students’ bullying behavior.
